It was a brilliant day out - in all senses of the word - for classic car and bike fans in Mawdesley, Ormskirk on bank holiday Monday!
The third Mawdesley CC event saw hundreds of folk visit the cricket field in glorious wall to wall sunshine to get up close and personal with a wonderful array of cars and bikes which delighted the crowds.
And that sunshine must have gone to the heads of the West Lancashire and Merseyside MG Clubs who QLocal's Roger Blaxall persuaded to pose for a group photo - there were no gritted teeth - honest!
Natalie and David Travis brought along some very special period transport for the event too - a 1948 Bedford OB from the famous William Hunter vintage collection which took visitors to the event 'down memory lane' from the Jaybank car park!
All proceeds were for local charities.
