The final countdown for the controversial move of Ormskirk Post Office into WH Smith has begun, and this week contractors moved into its Moor St branch as work begins on the conversion of the rear of the shop.









All the current PO staff are making the move and WH Smith is now reconfiguring the shop's floor space to accommodate the new look PO; it's not known yet what fate will befall the iconic 'old' PO building on Aughton St.
