If you’re looking for a brilliant place to visit over Easter which won’t break the bank, Acorn Farm in Kirkby’s open all weekend from 10am to 4pm.
Go and see its new arrivals including 21 lambs and two cute pygmy goat kids as well as all of our other friendly animals including cattle, pigs and poultry; bags of feed for the animals are on sale at 50p each.
The small animal petting area opens every day from 11.30 am to 3.30pm and horse rides will be running from 1.30 to 3pm (extra charges apply).
And admission charges remain amazing value at £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for children - QLocal's Roger Blaxall can vouch for what a great place it is after a brief visit yesterday afternoon as hundreds of folk were enjoying their time there.
