"My baby's stopped breathing!"
It's every young mum's nightmare and on Wednesday afternoon the drama played out after she raised the alarm while shopping at Aughton Food Stores on Moss Delph Lane.
Minutes after a 999 call an ambulance crew arrived, shortly joined by police officers and for a tense few minute staff and shoppers looked on nervously as the one month old boy was attended too.
It's believed a nurse from the Rowlands pharmacy was also there with the baby revived again.
Yesterday morning, the NWAS press office confirmed that an ambulance crew was called to Moss Delph Lane at 4.18 to reports that a one month old baby boy was having trouble breathing. The police PR office added that officers attended on a 'cause for concern call'.
