There's rarely a day goes by and a driver is spotted in Ormskirk town centre flouting the well publicised driving regulatio0ns.
This morning, it was the turn of this Ford CMax, its young mum driver slowly negotiating Burscough St. looking to all intents and purposes lost.
A recent similar situation saw an elderly man physically walk into the path of a car driver after he and his wife felt 'threatened' by his actions.

it happens every day no one takes any notice of it there is at least 30 cars in an afternoon that go through the town centre as there is no one enforcing it so people do what they want , its pointless if no one is enforcing the rule ?
i did read a public notice in the champion this week with changes to it to stop people loading and waiting on the four main streets of the town centre dont know how it will be enforced though

It won't be enforced in any effective way. Like most of the double yellow lines throughout the town. Like the pointless unenforced 20mph speed limits. It will not be enforced. Sure, some guy from Preston will turn up on moped on occasions, slap a few tickets on cars near Edge Hill, but to no effect on the town centre.
