On Monday 21st May St. Anne's teacher Katrina Williams will be setting her alarm earlier than usual to commute from Formby to work.
But it won't be the usual Monday morning commute with Mrs Hewitson via Costa because she will be walking an incredible 9.8miles to school to teach her Year 3 children!
This will launch the school's 'Walk to School Week' and raise money for the Oncology department at Alder Hey after being inspired by incredible Ruby in reception class, who's currently undergoing treatment there.
To date, £768.00 + £172.50 Gift Aid has been raised - to donate, click here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraisi...ina-williams16
Alder Hey Children’s Charity raise funds to support the pioneering work at our new hospital, Alder Hey in the Park.
