One of my main aims as Chairman of the Lathom Park Trust over the last decade has been to promote the work and projects of the body and record and recount the vast history of Lathom Park and its environs.

I am conscious that in that time, many members have donated and loaned items of historical interest to the Trust, and have instructed that an audit has been carried out among Trust members past and present in order to collate all those donated items which will help create an easily accessible database of material to enable future research to be a lot easier.

Would you please therefore let us know the details of any artefact or ephemera that you may have donated in the past to the Trust together with details of the item, when it was donated and to whom it was given? This will help us correctly and accurately match the donated item with the person who kindly made the donation to our archive.

And should anyone have any items of interest relating to the history of Lathom, which they would like to donate to the Trust, or allow us to copy or photograph it, then likewise please contact our secretary on 01704 631035 with details of the items donated.
