Rainbow House - which serves families from west Lancashire and Sefton - will hold its annual Christmas Fair on Sunday afternoon in the charity's Mawdesley hub with all proceeds going to the charity.
Families can look forward to lots of traditional fun with entertainment from DJ Jonathan Knowles and the award winning Red Admiral Music Academy (pictured).
And there will be refreshments including mince pies served by ladies from the WI and a tombola, raffles and other games.
Santa will be in his magical grotto to welcome the children and families can capture a special Christmas memory in the novelty Snow Globe courtesy of T C Rides and Attractions.
Other activities for children will face painting, arts and crafts and games, and there will be stalls including cakes, Christmas card and gifts.
A Norway Spruce tree over 10ft has been donated by The Tree Barn at Blundell Lane, Blackrod, Lancashire for the entrance car park at Rainbow House and they have also kindly donated ten small Christmas Trees to be sold, too.
Entry will be free but donations are welcome and there will be a £5 charge to visit Santa which includes a gift.
A great way for all the family to spend a December afternoon in the run up to Christmas and help a worthy charity!
*Rainbow House receives no statutory funding but has to raise all of its funds to
continue and develop its services. It is reliant on fund-raising events, grants and
donations.
Its conductive education offers rehabilitation, education and fun for
children, young people and adults with neurological conditions such a cerebral
palsy, brain injury, stroke, MS and genetic conditions; individuals with global developmental delay, undiagnosed and genetic conditions also may benefit. Conductive education teaches skills to empower the person to lead a more active
and independent life. The aim is to help each individual achieve their full potential.
Rainbow House currently provides over 250 hours of Conductive Education each
week. Conductive Education sessions are between one and three hours and for
some happen more than once a week.
