Mamma Mia!
An Italian student was left in tears after Edge Hill University's admissions office didn't have time to sort out her accommodation.
And it was Rebell to the rescue after the Wigan Road based student accommodation provider managed to find her a hotel for a few nights.
QLocal understands that as many as eight students were affected; a spokesperson from Edge Hill University said: “A small number of students were initially accommodated off campus because they had either applied late for accommodation or had come to us through the clearing process.
"We organised accommodation for them until accommodation could be found for them on campus, which at the time was their preference.
"The students have now been offered accommodation on campus and the majority of them moved in last weekend, with a few of them choosing to remain in their off-campus accommodation in Ormskirk.”
