Scouting throughout west Lancashire has been celebrated at a special evening at The Civic, Ormskirk.
And is was a case of 'DYB DYB DYB' for Gail Stanley, West Lancashire County President, who rose to the occasion to give the memorable closing address of the Ormskirk District AGM with Mayor Noel Delaney indisposed.
Meanwhile, the County Commissioner has appointed Michelle Durney as District Commissioner for Ormskirk and District Scouts. She takes over from Richard Charnock who's completed his five year term as DC.
Michelle is delighted to take on this appointment and is looking forward to continuing to offer fun, challenge and adventure to as many people as possible.
