Spotted on Bold Lane, Aughton this weekend, yet another LCC road safety sign this time urging drivers and cyclists, etc. to share the road.

Talk about a crass placement - it was only a few years ago that a Melling lady lost her life here trying to dodge a pothole and being hit by a Ford Ka one Sunday afternoon (it was filled in an hour after the crash by LCC workmen) - QLocal reporter Roger Blaxall is still trying to ascertain whether the grieving family has received any compensation.
