Clearly they are temporary groundworks....doesn't take much to realise that one the houses are sold and are no longer show homes the driveways will be reinstated.

I agree with Roger,,,,You can't get to the garage without destroying newly laid flags and turf, these house have only just finished being built, so they have not been show houses, They however might be used for that purpose and that's the reason for not leaving a roadway to the garage,
