Hi John,
I’d really appreciate a valuation of this lump. The dimensions are 7ft by 7ft. The only thing I know about it is that the wood came from Rutland Forest.
Also could you advise on the best way to go about selling such a beast.

10 to 15 years age an oak dresser like this was in demand retail in the £1500 BRACKET
BUT TODAY THINGS ARE DIFFERENT.
The USA, deep south is where this has a value today.

Would someone in the 'deep south' be interested in this John? I loved it on sight, i.e. from a photograph (Southport Buy Sell and Swap) and bought it to upcycle but sadly I now realise it is just too large to fit into the space I had in mind so basically is now a pain in the backside to get rid of. He wanted £200 and I paid £150.

I have seen them with a ticket price of $2950.00
