Also reducing rates and tax means less money for public services which are already suffering from cuts in funding.

I thoroughly disagree! Turn all that around - the market is changing but not because of the internet. The internet is being employed because of market changes and stores cannot adjust. Unfortunately, long ago - true managers with the autonomy to address local markets acted speedily to take on new concepts. Today there are no managers, simply controllers following rules from distance Head Offices and they do not have a clue. There is a swing to smaller, more individual shops - people no longer like to spend their time in walking great distances in large stores. So open up more specialised shops. Clothing - for too long people have been forced to accept cheap poor quality clothing - there is now a trend toward better tailored clothes. Electrical goods - the present quality of these are poor, most are manufactured in China, where they have yet to solve their thermostat problems. People want decent goods that will last. There is a false economy in cheap throwaway items, it is more economic to purchase better quality, long lasting items. Think about it! Earphones, Music Players, etc., each could be an individual shop! Yes, council rents/business property rents should be reduced until the market picks up - small rents are better than nothing!

That is the main concern in the market where we do not get or entertain the discount in our way though so I would like to say that stick to the plan and get going with online sources like https://collegessaywriters.com/ where peoples are actually having alot of knowledge regarding the education purposes and making alot of advantages for themselves.
also, there was a time when we people used to struggle due to no source of actual information about writing or anything.
