Aughton Christ Church held a very successful community lunch when the Bishop of Warrington, Beverley Mason spent time talking to people from the local community, encouraging us to be a good neighbour, and look out for those who feel isolated and alone.
She's pictured, right, with new Vicar, Sarah O' Donoghue.
The Bishop also met folk who attend FACT (Feeling Alone Come Together) group that meets every Friday 11am - 12 noon for refreshments and friendship. It has an excellent link with Age UK - Audrey Taylor pictured on the left comes to give support to the group and signpost them to help and support on offer.
It wasn't all serious though - she had the chance to take to the improvised dance floor before she left!
