Another business is leaving Church St., Ormskirk - just days after the closure of the ill fated Poundstretcher.
Albany Property Services is moving to a much higher profile location on busy County Road, director Robin Davies told QLocal reporter Roger Blaxall this afternoon.

However, there is also a planning application in this week to turn the former NSW properties at 19 Church Street being marketed by Fitton Estates into a retail premises so its not all one way traffic.
I'm the first to point out the muddled thinking from the council over the town centre but we need to promote it too. The new Harry Potter themed shop again had queues out of the door yesterday.

It's interesting Adrian that you mention the Harry Potter shop (it's actually a café), which is skating on very thin ice copyright-wise... Apart from the fact that they have the Harry Potter logo prominently displayed on their window, they have a recreated Hogwarts Express inside too (both will be heavily copyrighted / trademarked) and are selling merchandise presumably without the permission of the rights-holder who would demand a hefty cut of the profits. I just hope they've taken legal advice as I fear they could end up in a lot of trouble...
