A new girls soccer team has all the play for - and a popular Burscough pub is helping them realise one of their dreams!
The Bull and Dog have come on board to help sponsor the new West Lancashire Girls District U11 players with Sabrina Teddington doing the honours last night.
The team - set up by the West Lancashire Sports Partnership - is made up of the area's most talented young female players. They're pictured at the presentation of new jumpers - and the promise of further financial help with a future bingo night and collection box on the busy bar.
And that dream?
The girls are hoping to raise enough money to watch the Women's World Cup in France this summer.
