A bittersweet memory from old Ormskirk - the old Workingmen's Institute on Moor St. long gone and only revealed again thanks to work on the town's new bus station.

A great shame that many of the beautiful old buildings which made Ormskirk Ormskirk have long gone....

Said town historian Dot Hawkes: "Amazing to see the 19th century foundations of the old Institute now the old new bus station is being turned into a new new bus station."
