A well known former Ormskirk landlord appeared at Liverpool Crown Court yesterday to 'face the music' after a scandal involving cheap accommodation in the town.

QLocal hesitates to say 'popular' and 'well liked' when referring to Tim Reynolds, 58, of Lord St, Southport who was anything but if you ask many townsfolk.

And his reputation took another battering after he was given a suspended six month jail sentence, 200 hours community service and ordered to pay £6000 prosecution costs after the hearing which involved 'cheap' accommodation in a town gym and the old Buck i'the Vine pub - for the full story behind the case, click here: https://www.qlocal.co.uk/Ormskirk/new..._-55012279.htm

Reynolds - pictured here in a former life when he owned The Plough in Ormskirk - now works in the Malthouse Business Centre for local businessman Chris Lloyd of Aughton; one man said on his return from Crown Court, his face looked like a slapped a**e, while others think he got off lightly given the seriousness of the case.
