A date's been set for the inquest into the death of a well loved Melling cyclist killed in a tragic Aughton RTA last summer.
47-year-old Alison Doyle was killed after being thrown off her bike while cycling on Bold Lane with members of Sefton Velo CC last August: https://www.qlocal.co.uk/ormskirk/ne...A-55032798.htm
A date for the three hour hearing in Preston's been set for the morning of 29 September; the police, members of Sefton Velo CC and county council highway officers are all expected to give evidence.
Alison was well known in Melling for her work on the local parish council and worked as a registered nurse in a palliative care role.
