Great news for Gingerbread Festival Day 10th July - a FREE PARK and RIDE!
Thanks to the support of Edge Hill University and Charlton Minicoaches, Ormskirk Community Partnership has organised a free of charge Park and Ride facility for Gingerbread Festival Day.
Visitors can leave their vehicles in a secure car park on the University campus, and Charlton's have provided s minibus to drive folk back and forth to Ormskirk Town Centre on a regular basis.
Operating from 10.30am – 4.30pm, this will be completely free of charge - why not take advantage of this great service when you visit the event? It'll run from the bus stop in the Edge Hill car park to the temporary bus station on St Helens Road.
Said Katie Charlton: "The event promises to be a great day out for the whole family and it's looking like the sun is going to be out so we hope to see you all there!"
